Introducing Boddynock Goodleaf

Blackstone Prison is one of the many dirty little secrets of
the Empire. It is the deepest, darkest, dankest, hellhole imaginable and where the Empire houses a collection of hardened criminals, 'political' prisoners, and those unlucky few who simply needed to disappear. Blackstone Prison was one of those places that everyone has heard about but was unwilling to talk about in polite company. Poor living conditions, horrible nutrition, forced labor, and a brutal sadistic humanoid guard force ensured that no one ever escaped from Blackstone.

You are a prisoner at Blackstone. It may have been days, weeks, months, or even years since you were incarcerated, but the indominatable force of Blackstone is beginning to crush any hope you have that you will ever leave Blackstone alive.

Introducing Boddynock Goodleaf

Post by chameleon » Tue October 18 05 ; 2 08 pm

Boddynock Goodleaf wiped the grime from his face. The jailers always assigned the gnome duties where his size would be a benefit rather than a hindrance and yet still managed to demean him in any and every way possible. At least this time it wasn't the midden that he'd been forced to clean.

It had been a long day and Boddynock was looking forward sleeping on the small pile of straw that he had gathered in the corner of his cell when he heard the sound of guard boots marching into the cell block. What could it be this time, bringing in more prisoners or taking them away for another indignity meant to crush their spirit.

The marching stops in front of Boddynock's cell and the rustling of a key in the cell door could be heard. When no body is forcibly shoved into the cell, the young gnome realizes that the guards have come for him. A rather small and ineffectual looking human backed by six heavily armed half-orcan guards peers into the cell.

Boddyknock sighs, letting out a lengthy breath. He knew a man to fetch him, this could only mean more work, or more torture. Both seem to give pleasure to the guards in this place.

Boddyknock uncurls his arms and legs, looking at the door. His spiky blond hair stuck up all over the place, in a dirty matted way, but his large bright blue eyes looked over his knees. Just revealed is a bread, thicker around the chin, but still full, though not very long.

"Yes?" Boddyknock answered in his squeaky voice. Still, it sounded like a young boy voice perhaps to the human, but stronger, with fulness of years behind it. HE stared at the human with his bright blue eyes.

The small and ineffectual human steps to the side and two half orcan guards march into the cell. The man points to Boddyknock,"That one please."

The two guards march over to Boddyknock and turn smartly on their heels. Then, the two half-orcs bend down each one grabbing Boddyknock under the arm pits and lifting him off of the ground and marching him out of the cell.

Boddyknock doesn't resist his captors...indeed what could he... a little GNome do... SUre he could make some vines grow in interesting places... the thought make Boddy (just going to start using cause Boddyknock is a bit long to type) smile, but he hides it quickly, use to getting beat for such a thing.

Wondering where he was getting dragged of to, Boddy could do nothing really more then just to wait.

The ineffectual looking human catches Boddyknock's smile and immediately a look of rage crosses his face. The man pulls a small wand from his sleeve and walks over to where the gnome is being held. Stopping right in front of Boddy, the small man practically snarls at the gnome.

"Is there something here that amuses you? Do I amuse you? Have we done something to make you happy? Cause if we have, I'm dang sure we can do something to ever keep you from smiling again. Talk to me! Why were you smiling?
